Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at bluelionmovers.com or using the moving and junk removal services provided by Blue Lion Transportation LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Blue Lion Transportation provides the following services in Nashville and Middle Tennessee:

  • Local residential and commercial moving
  • Long-distance moving services
  • Junk removal and hauling
  • Packing and unpacking services
  • Furniture delivery and assembly
  • Labor-only moving assistance

Quotes and Pricing

Estimates

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Actual volume and weight of items
  • Accessibility of pickup and delivery locations
  • Stairs, elevators, or long carries
  • Additional services requested on move day
  • Items not disclosed during the quote process

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments. A deposit may be required for certain services.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduling

Services are scheduled based on availability. We will confirm your appointment and provide an arrival time window. We strive to be on time but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to traffic and prior job completion times.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours before the scheduled service: No charge
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: May be subject to a cancellation fee
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: May forfeit deposit

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about items to be moved or removed
  • Ensure clear access to pickup and delivery locations
  • Disclose any hazardous materials, fragile items, or special handling requirements
  • Be present or have an authorized representative present during service
  • Secure valuables, medications, and important documents separately
  • Obtain necessary permits for parking or building access if required

Liability and Insurance

Our Coverage

Blue Lion Transportation is fully licensed and insured. We maintain liability insurance for damages that occur due to our negligence during the moving process.

Limitations

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to items
  • Items packed by the customer (owner-packed boxes)
  • Damages due to inherent vice or defects in items
  • Electronics and appliances that cease to function after being properly moved
  • Items of extraordinary value not disclosed in advance
  • Damages caused by acts of God, weather, or circumstances beyond our control

Claims

Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. You must provide photos of the damage and allow us to inspect the item if requested.

Prohibited Items

We do not transport or remove the following items:

  • Hazardous materials, chemicals, or flammable items
  • Explosives, ammunition, or weapons
  • Illegal substances or contraband
  • Perishable food items
  • Live plants (upon request only)
  • Pets or live animals

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Blue Lion Transportation LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, or completeness of our services except as specifically stated in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Lion Transportation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
